How do I select the correct size?
Please reference the sizing guide section of the Product Page to select the correct size.
How long does it take to cool Ice Winder in the freezer?
With most typical freezers, we expect it to take about three to four hours for the gel in the Ice Winder wrap to fully chill. We like to leave ours in the freezer after each use so it's always good and ready when we need it next.
How do I wind the wrap properly?

How long should I wear Ice Winder?
As with any cooling gel product, please wear Ice Winder for no longer than 20 minutes. Then, give your muscles and skin two to three hours of rest before applying more cooling. For more information, you can reference this article from the Mayo Clinic.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, Ice Winder only ships domestically to the 50 United States. We hope to ship internationally at some point in the future however it is not available currently.
What is the Return Policy?
