How do I select the correct size?
Please reference the Sizing Guide to select the correct size.
With most typical freezers, we expect it to take about three to four hours for the gel in the Ice Winder wrap to fully chill. We like to leave ours in the freezer after each use so it’s always good and ready when we need it next.
Please watch the Instructional Video for full details on how to wrap and use Ice Winder properly.
As with any cooling gel product, please wear Ice Winder for no longer than 20 minutes. Then, give your muscles and skin two to three hours of rest before applying more cooling. For more information, you can reference this article from the Mayo Clinic.
