How to Choose Your Ice Winder Size
Ice Winder comes in three sizes designed to fit different parts of your body. Use the guide below to pick the right size on Amazon.
Small — 9 to 12 inches
Best fits men’s arms and male/female ankles and small calves. To gauge fit, measure 3" above your elbow, or 3" above your ankle bone (for lower calves).
Medium — 13 to 16 inches
Best fits male calves as well as female thighs. To gauge the correct fit, please measure 3" above your knee (for thighs), or 3" below your knee (for calves).
Large — 17 to 20 inches
The Large size best fits larger legs. Use the single-wrap method for your lower back. To gauge the correct fit, measure 3" above your knee (for thighs), or 3" below your knee (for calves).
